Tuna cakes (Keto friendly)

I just enjoyed some of the best homemade tuna cakes in my life! Mainly because I’ve never had tuna cakes lol but also because I made them here at home and was discovered as a Keto friendly lunch idea.


If you don’t try this for yourself, you’re really missing out.


Ingredients:

  • 1 mixing bowl

  • 2 cans of tuna

  • 2 eggs

  • One shredded zucchini

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil per 2 tuna cakes

Directions:

  1. Drain tuna cans and pour tuna in mixing bowl

  2. Use a cheese grater to shred zucchini into the same bowl

  3. Also in same bowl crack 2 eggs and mozzarella cheese

  4. Mixed together with a rubber spatula (I don’t know if these things gotta name? haha)

  5. Heat olive oil in pan at medium high

  6. Place a spoonful of tuna mix into the pan and form a patty

  1. Let cook for 5 minutes on each side

  2. Serve with tarter sauce or ranch or any other condiment you prefer

Believe me when I tell you these are delicious!
