Tuna cakes (Keto friendly)

I just enjoyed some of the best homemade tuna cakes in my life! Mainly because I’ve never had tuna cakes lol but also because I made them here at home and was discovered as a Keto friendly lunch idea.
If you don’t try this for yourself, you’re really missing out.
Ingredients:
1 mixing bowl
2 cans of tuna
2 eggs
One shredded zucchini
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon of olive oil per 2 tuna cakes
Directions:

Drain tuna cans and pour tuna in mixing bowl
Use a cheese grater to shred zucchini into the same bowl
Also in same bowl crack 2 eggs and mozzarella cheese
Mixed together with a rubber spatula (I don’t know if these things gotta name? haha)
Heat olive oil in pan at medium high
Place a spoonful of tuna mix into the pan and form a patty
Let cook for 5 minutes on each side
Serve with tarter sauce or ranch or any other condiment you prefer

Believe me when I tell you these are delicious!
