Crustless Pizza (Keto Friendly)

Pizza – one of America’s favorite foods…and I can’t have it. Not while on the Keto diet, but wait, I can!
I give you: the crust less pizza casserole, just as good and without the added carbs!
Ingredients:
Baking pan
Ground meat (turkey, beef or sausage - I used beef)
Pepperoni (I used turkey)
Sliced tomatoes OR marinara sauce (I used sliced tomatoes)
Grilled mushrooms
Mozzarella cheese
I didn’t put measurements because honestly, I just hand grabbed everything lol! Make it as veggieful or cheesy as you want!
Directions:

Cook ground meat and Sautee mushrooms in separate pans.
While this is cooking slice tomatoes (or cook marinara sauce in another pan)

Once the meat and mushrooms are cooked, which should be around the same time, get you baking pan ready for layering.
Spray baking pan with cooking spray
Drain ground beef then pour in baking pan
Spread mushrooms and tomatoes over the ground beef

Sprinkle cheese all over the top
Top with pepperonis

Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees
Let sit for 20 minutes before enjoying
