Sugar free, Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies (Keto friendly)

Let’s be real, dieting sucks if you can’t have sweet desserts for those sweet tooth moments. It’s so easy to go to a store and grab a bag of premade cookies and be on your way. Well what if I told you, you could make peanut butter cookies at home in 15 minutes with a jar of peanut butter and sweetener? Another one of my cheap and easy recipes is at your command!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl

  • 1 cookie sheet with parchment paper

  • 1 fork

  • 1 cup of peanut butter (all natural for Keto goers)

  • 1 egg

  • ½ a cup of sweetener (I use Stevia)

Directions:

  1. Place on ingredients in a bowl and mix

  2. Create balls out of the mix with you hands and place on cookie sheet with parchment paper

  3. I use a fork to flatten the mix and create the pattern pictured below

  4. Bake for 14 minutes at 350 degrees

  5. Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy! (tip, because I gave you a sugar free, flourless version I must warn you that the cookies are a bit crumbly to the touch. I have read that if we add another egg it holds better and I will have to try that out before posting)

Let me know what you think!
